Getaround’s car share service launches in Philadelphia – car owners get $200 to start!
I used Getaround‘s car share service this past weekend for a road trip and I love their service. Unfortunately, they’re not in New York City, so I had to pick up my car from New Jersey. Still it was much more affordable than renting a car from Avis or Budget or Enterprise. The good news is that the service is growing and expanding.
On that expansion, Getaround just went live in Philadelphia today! This means you can be one of the first to offer up your car in Philly. It’s easy, if you have a car and live in an area with decent parking, you can put up your car to be rented when you’re sitting around in your underwear or while you’re at work. Most people using the service just need it for a few hours to run errands, go to IKEA or pick up groceries.
If you’re an owner and interested in offering up your car for Getaround or want to try the service out, sign up with this referral link and you’ll get $200 for putting up your car, or $20 toward your first ride.
