The CEO and Founder of Bluestone Lane is Nicholas Stone who hails from Melbourne with backgrounds playing professional rugby and working in finance for huge banking companies ANZ and UBS. When he moved to New York City in 2010, he missed the Australian vibe of coffee shops back home where customers could socialize, enjoy a cup of good coffee and read the newspaper. From that need, Bluestone Lane was born. As of 2018, Bluestone Lane has over 25 storefronts in Los Angeles, New York, California, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
