AMC Discounted Tickets

By far, AMC Theatres is the largest American movie theater franchise — and actually is the largest theatre chain in the world. It’s number of theatres grew to 8,200 screens in 661 theatres in the USA after acquiring Odeon Cinemas, UCI Cinemas, and Carmike Cinemas in 2016. There are multiple methods to get discounted tickets to AMC theatres. Sometimes, you can buy a pack of discounted movie tickets at Costco or Sam’s Club.

If you’re a senior or student, some AMCs will offer discounts to those age groups.

AMC recently launched their refer-a-friend program where current Stubs users can refer friends to sign up to the AMC Stubs Premiere prgram for $11.99. The referral promotion is limited to 5 referrals worth 25,000 points and which translates to $25 in free tickets, popcorn or soda drink.

You can also sign up for AMC’s movie subscription service (a la MoviePass) called AMC Stubs A-List which allows members to watch up to three movies a week at any AMC theatre with no restrictions.
