At the end of 2017 AMC announced that every Tuesday, their Stubs Rewards members were able to grab $5 tickets. That promotion was so successful that they extended it until 2018. Then recently, the largest movie theatre chain decided they liked that promotion so much that they made Ticket Tuesdays a yearlong perk. AMC has been upping their promotions and offerings as of late. No doubt the company’s public fight and concern with MoviePass is a large part of it.
